Great tasting event! It seems you are more prefer Napa wine than Burgundy one. By the way, the glass which you used to drink such great wines looks not professional. Refer to the 1959 Henri Jayer Richebourg, I got an experience to tasted it on 9th September this year. You need time to left this bottle breath, may be 7-9 hours before drink.
