Didn't take the bottle and 2001 Romanee St Vivant is aromatic, structuered and far from mature, good potential.
This bottle had the Elegant Vosne Romanee nose, clean and flowery, a bit simple but rounder and easier to drink than 01 RSV.

Robert Parker 100 pointer! Once again, I don't like Rhone wine with the herbal character. This is outstanding Rhone but not my style.
Very good starter wine, fresh, fruity and with balance oaky element. It can rival to some Grand Cru Burgundy. Nice.
The 1989 Chave Hermitage was good too, untypical Rhone with clean, rich favour.
